Safety Data Sheets (SDS)

For your RC460-HD +No Drip

Start with this setup:

  • Product: Dominion Sure Seal No Drip
  • Thinning: Do not thin it
  • Air: Start around 60 psi.
  • Surface: Clean, dry, and remove loose dirt/rust before spraying.
  • Open underbody areas: Use the round nozzle.
  • Behind brackets/corners: Use the 45° or 90° wand.
  • Inside frame rails/rockers/doors: Use the 360° flexible wand.
  • Spraying distance: Start around 6–10 inches from the surface and adjust based on the spray pattern.
  • Technique: Keep the gun moving steadily. You’re looking for a continuous wet film, not a dry mist.

How thick?

Approximately 5 mil wet film thickness and recommended  6 hours before exposing the vehicle to wet road conditions.

Since it’s a non-drying product, don’t worry about making the surface look like a conventional painted coating. You want good, continuous coverage.

One important correction

Do not the maximum 125-psi as your spraying pressure. That’s the gun’s maximum rating. Start much lower, around 60 psi, and adjust until the No Drip comes out smoothly.

DO NOT to apply it to plastic, SMC, urethane, rubber or synthetic rubber.
